HRH THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH
We join with the nation and the Commonwealth in praying for Her Majesty the Queen and the Royal Family at this sad time. We give thanks for the life of the Duke of Edinburgh and his contribution to the life of our nation and beyond.
In light of the COVID-19 precautions, Books of Condolence will be online only.
The Church of England’s Book of Condolence is available here:
The Royal Book of Condolence is available here: https://www.royal.uk
St Peter’s Church will, as always, be open for private prayer between 10 am and 3.30 pm every day.
The Royal Family has asked that anyone who wishes to express their condolences does so in the safest way possible. In accordance with public health advice, members of the public are asked to continue to follow the current Government coronavirus guidelines and particularly to avoid meeting in large groups. Instead of leaving floral tributes, members of the public may wish to consider making a donation to a charity of their choice, or one of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Patronages in memory of His Royal Highness.
