FURTHER TO THE SUSPENSION OF PUBLIC WORSHIP ANNOUNCED ON 17 MARCH 2020, THE DIOCESE OF CHELMSFORD HAS NOW, WITH GREAT REGRET, TAKEN THE DECISION THAT ALL CHURCHES IN THE DIOCESE MUST NOW CLOSE THEIR DOORS. THIS UNPRECEDENTED STEP IS NECESSARY TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO STAY INDOORS WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
